  I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?   I've seen this happen with both GAS and SOL with crypto.com. Sometimes they take a bit to credit your account with the deposit...many hours sometimes. It's rare but it happens. Source: 7 months ago
