  I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?   I've used https://getterms.io for my project https://disknotifier.com. Paid around $50, have a look! I truly believe minor tweaks is all that is required to such a boilerplate document.
