  I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?   Pokémon Showdown! Has (if I counted correctly) 9 public different-language lo live chat rooms (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese), and more which are hidden. Though based around competitive pokémon, many casual conversations still take place. It's where you can learn a lot of slang, and even Pokémon terminology if you're interested.
