I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io? What is the quickest/most practical way to make podcast clips? Selecting clips, trimming, exporting etc etc.
Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough.
