What I learned is there is no sigle "Killer resume" because how the new recruitment process works. No human reviews our resumes, as most recruiter/companies use ATS bots to reject based on keywords. Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
