You can try Zeus. It's somewhere between airbnb and traditional apartment, but requires 30-day minimum stay and you can stay for a year+. There is a background check component, but there's no mention of a credit check. Might be worth checking out. Source: about 2 years ago

Highly recommend getting into software sales. You can have an on target earning of 200K in about 5 years. (Typically sales roles are split 50/50 in SaaS so the on target earnings, OTE, is $100K salary/$100K commission if you hit your quota.)
