I can do a lay-flat book of 100 pages, which allows around 400 photographs of a reasonable size. For the best photos, I do total pages or even spreads. There are some online services like ponoko, lasertaile, lasergist, laserboost, 3dhubs, but you better look for a local company in your vicinity. Really, a lot of different businesses do laser cutting from small marketing companies to huge car manufacturers. Even I've found some in my shitty town in the middle of nowhere.
