  Thank you to everyone for your comments. I just want to share that I found a psychiatrist on zocdoc.com that specializes in ADHD and works through the company Talkiatry. He is based locally to where I live. He's been practicing for 30-some years, has excellent reviews, and would be the one to actually treat me if I went with him.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
