I'm coming from the perspective of a smaller-medium sized business, so something really comprehensive/expensive like Zylo or Bettercloud might be overkill or simply not affordable unless you are enterprise-sized. Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively.
