  1. What's the story behind Cxoice?

    Cxoice grew out of more than 20 years developing bespoke survey solutions for dobney.com market research. Our fieldwork partners liked what we had so much, they asked us to use it, so we added the user interface and Cxoice was the result.

  2. What makes Cxoice unique?

    Cxoice comes from a heritage of doing surveys better. It rethinks how questions can be asked to make them more interesting and more interactive, and it allows us to combine surveys in different modes such as online, phone or embedding ratings and preferences in real, live websites. It's also designed to make the research process fast and efficient. You design to screen to better get the flow and feel right. Analysis is automated and you get live-data presentations that are active for drill-downs. We can now add video-capture options to record individuals as they complete questionnaires and tasks for more real data. Research for the real world.

  3. How would you describe your primary audience?

    Cxoice can be used by non-research professionals using the no-code questionnaire creator to build a survey, but it also delivers for professional agencies with private-server based installations that can be fully customised to a team of researchers and interviewers with knowledge management and project management tools for collaborative working.
