When I help people set this up on cycle.io I generally use the built in TLS termination functionality to achieve #1 & #2... #3 is always going to be an issue. You can mitigate parts of it but not avoid it completely. There used to be this neat ui container you could use to delete things, but the main thing to remember is NEVER push the same tags over the top of each other.
