There is the FeedBro Browser Extension for Firefox and Chrome based Browser. Works for me on Desktop and Laptop as Feedbrowser, inkluding Rules and OPML Import/Export. Also this Swiss-Army Knife can handle Feeds from other different Sources like Flipboard, Facebook (official Pages) and some other. Likewise, Akregator is plagued by the same box at the bottom right which stays white even if you use dark mode. Even if you minimize it because you want to open every link in your browser, it just keeps coming back. I gave up on using Akregator and just started using Feedbro on Firefox.
