Also, I use the focusbear.io and it's a must-have for me. It's well-designed and really complete with everything I need to make WFH stress-free. It blocks distractions, and I can work in blocks of time (similar to the Pomodoro method) with it, but it also remembers me to take breaks so I can avoid eye fatigue or neck/back pain. I love this app. Source: about 2 years ago
I use Trello.com and it's a great tool for me for content planning. Also, I use the focusbear.io app to focus on marketing and content, I've created a "focus mode" called "Marketing" on which I have allowed all apps/sites I use related to that and this way it helps me avoid distractions and increase my productivity. If you spend a lot of time on screen, you need to rest your eyes every certain period of time. Recommended is at least 20sec every 20min, better if you rest 5min. I learned this with the productivity app I use (focusbear.io). It remembers you to take micro-breaks every certain period of time, by default is 20min, but if you need you can extend it to 30min, 1h, or whatever works for you. Source: about 2 years ago
I've using the focusbear.io app since January and it's been helping me a lot! To give structure to my day and follow it every day as a routine, and also to avoid getting distracted while working/studying. It helps me find a balance between procrastinating and hyper-focusing hehe. Source: about 2 years ago
