I have tried so many hosting providers but the support of Hostwinds and also the performance is in another level comparing to other hosting , the support also go through the website issues sometimes and check inside the website configurations if there is anything may effect the server performance.     Would recommend Hostwinds services to anyone whether you are just starting your first website or run thousands of them. At first, it took me a while to get up and running because I had no clue how to use the vps. Once I got a hang of it, the system is very easy to use and their control panel makes it easy to manage your server.

    When I signed up with Hostwinds VPS, there was a problem with what I was billed... they called me- twice and fixed the problem not in days but in minutes.     The support works well. Fast and clear replies come after minutes after sending a ticket. Hostwinds does have a control panel that covers most needs. My site is full asp and I have never lost any data or access problems. When I need help ASAP, I can contact via live chat which also works well. I believe it is one of the best business hosting provider ever. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get.

    My company has been with Hostwinds for 5 months. I needed an exceptional hosting service, because like a lot of small companies today, do their business online for a living.     Having previews and reviews of console games is graphically intensive, but I can say that hostwinds is well and truly fast enough.     Keep in mind that this is not a reseller host. Also, when they say that you can host multiple domains under some plans, that is more akin to multiple subdomains in the way that they are configured. I've used several hosts in the past and Hostwinds has exceeded my expectations! You will not get separate Cpanel accounts.

    I am extremely impressed with the technical support and uptime of Hostwinds hosting services. Been with them for 3 months, yet they haven't told us anything about moving to the latest MySQL. What I mean here is that they let you know early and let you prepare for it first.

    Now everything works fine with this SSD host. Never had to wait more than thirty minutes for technical help.     A Big Thank, Hostwinds staff! So easy to use. No requirements to know HTML. Helpful and friendly customer service too (via tickets or MSN). They still have very cheap pricing and I like it.     Due to coronavirus I had to close my bar so the website was useless. However they auto renewed my website+domain so I contacted them to get my money back as the bar was closed and they proceeded to send the money and were very useful. If I need quality hosting services, I will use them!
