Then came the Security audit. No problem, they validated the Zero Trust environment, happy to see that 90% of the software we use is deployed by Jumpcloud. Auditors also loved Crowdstrike. We looked at using an MDM like https://jumpcloud.com/ or a remote tool like TeamViewer, but so far we were not successful. There does not seem to be an option in jumpcloud to force an update and the remote tools could only view the screen but you could not interact let alone deactivate guided access and reactivate it. Hi folks, we are looking for "serverless" environment, where we could get rid of the domain controllers and move DHCP to our FMC/FTD firewall. Now, the challenge is what to do about DHCP reservation, and DNS, which FMC/FTD does not seem to support? Is there perhaps cloud based solution for DHCP reservation, and DNS?
