   1_Task thinking vs journey - our product is built around leasing journey always focusing on the most important to guide you through the process.

   2_Breaking the usual industry pricing too: no set-up fee, no minimum fee, no contract. Pay as you go.

   3_Not US centric - majority of the industry products are developed in the US - for the US. But the MENA or UK or EU needs are different.

5. What's the story behind LordLand.AI?

   Co-founders of Lordland.AI - Peter and Marc, first met 10 years ago as colleagues at Microsoft, collaborating on several exciting customer projects.

   Our shared passion for innovation a customer value generation brought us together again, leading to the creation of LordLand.AI.

   First intended to be our own tool, since we are landlords too, but couldn´t find easy to use, affordable and truly yield focused property management system.

   So, it basically started as product-founder fit.

   But then, after ongoing requests of our friends who are landlords to, we decided to give it a boost.

   And to create a revolutionary digital AI assistant designed specifically for landlords.
