  Authentication happens through a 3rd party so when we try to login to office.com with our company accounts it redirect us to this 3rd party company that handles our logins. Source: over 1 year ago

• Exchange Hybrid Password Sync issue

  We have had the Hybrid setup for several months and haven't had any issues changing passwords in AD and syncing them to the M365. However, today a user changed their M365 in office.com. Afterwards, they were unable to login to their M365 account. I have manually reset their account in on-prem AD and forced an AD to M365 sync using PowerShell. Source: over 1 year ago

  We can access the account through office.com, the multifactor is disabled for that account, all the conditional access in Active Directory are the default ones. I've tried to login with my own account and still get the same error. Source: almost 2 years ago
