  When things like this happens always check the easy stuff. Just go over to centralops.net or mxtoolbox.com and use their tools to check things out. Look for expired dates and other info. It's not rocket science -- just sift through the results. Also, if mail is bouncing the non delivery report (NDR) might also contain some information on why its being bounced. Good luck.   Hello, I'm having a wired issue where one of my colleagues cannot send emails to one domain. We are using Office365 and SPF record is valid (checked on mxtoolbox.com) and has the "include:spf.protection.outlook.com". Source: almost 2 years ago

  I can properly receive and send emails, but when I check my email [info@tacomawebdesignandseo.com](mailto:info@tacomawebdesignandseo.com) via https://email-checker.net/check it says "BAD, no mail server for ..."   If you want a "second set of eyes" on that to see if this is just some wonky behavior with that spoof testing site, I recommend running the tests on MXToolbox to see if it gives you a cleaner record, or more detailed information on what needs to be modified. Source: almost 2 years ago

  If you are the Exchange Administrator of your organization I want you to go to mxtoolbox.com and see if your domain has been blacklisted. Also verify if you have spf and dkim set up for your exchange. YOu will need to set those up if they are not already. Source: almost 2 years ago
