  I'm also using 7.1.3 on a Mac and NordLynx is there along with IKEv2 and OpenVPN. Did you download it from nordvpn.com or from the App Store? If it was from Nord then try downloading it again from the App Store. I don't know about version 7 and the recent changes, but in the past only the App Store version had the Lynx option.   After some research I found out that something is categorizing https://nordvpn.com as adult/unsafe content which prevents me from updating and connecting to NordVPN. It's either my ISP, Spectrum, or the router settings with parental control. Or both. 🤨.
