Looks nice! Would wait for the documentation to learn more. How does this compare to Notesnook? I have found that to be the best in terms of getting the details right (However, the last I checked, the documentation for self-hosting was unclear, and there were bugs in data exporting). https://notesnook.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 23 days ago
Not sure hoarder is a direct replacement for evernote. As a former long time evernote note user I replaced it with https://notesnook.com. - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago

For the last few days I have not been able to log in my account. When I visit via my browser (Chrome) the URL notesnook.com then click on Login top right, it re-directs to the page https://app.notesnook.com/sessionexpired. Source: over 1 year ago

Or Notesnook[1], which is also open-source, and E2E. I find it better and more reliable than SN. [1] https://notesnook.com [2] https://github.com/streetwriters/notesnook. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
We have been using Tiptap in production for more than a year in Notesnook[0]. Glad to see it finally launching here on HN! We have had quite a long and rough ride in search of a stable rich text editor. We began with Quill.js then migrated to TinyMCE and then finally settled on Prosemirror. Unfortunately, contenteditable is still absolutely horrible on web browsers, especially mobile ones. Tiptap is a good choice... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago

Even though Evernote is a competitor, it's still sad to see such a giant in the note-taking space go down so badly. Of course, I am still skeptical about this news and whether its actually true since no source has been linked. Aside: I work (and lead the development) on Notesnook, an end-to-end encrypted, open source alternative to Evernote. Since we are based in Pakistan, our pricing has been really competitive... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
The most similar to Evernote I've found is Notesnook. Source: almost 2 years ago

I've seen this question asked on the Joplin Forum, but why is the numbering format not more intuitive like other note taking apps as well as word editing software? I also have noticed that it does not auto-populate a number list when you enter "1.". This seems like common practice as most other apps have this feature, but Joplin does not. Overall, I have really enjoyed using Joplin, but see it as trailing other... Source: almost 2 years ago
Notesnook & Standard Notes Ticks 1/2/3/5, however Standard Notes can email you your notes if you want to back them up, extremely restricted free tier which I found useless because it only allows for plain text, no markdown or rich text. Unlimited notes for plain text though. Source: almost 2 years ago
Have you tried using Notesnook? I have been using for around a year and it is really good. Source: almost 2 years ago
When it comes to notes privacy is very important: check https://notesnook.com/. It is end to end encrypted and very feature rich as well as being open source. Source: almost 2 years ago

I have been closely watching Notesknook & Bear (Bear 2 launch is almost a month away), both are more private (Compared to Evernote) and cheaper. Source: about 2 years ago
Thus I'd rather recommend Notesnook, Obsidian or Simplenote — or any other solution that has basic features like a background sync. Source: about 2 years ago
You missed Bear & Notesnook. Both the app seems to be a good alternative for people looking for cheaper and more private alternative. Source: about 2 years ago
I have been Evernote user since 2015, post the recent price hike I am considering Bear app and Notesnook, as Bear 2 launch is close, I am looking for an app as Second Brain which has following features. Source: about 2 years ago
