  None of your KYC information is stored on the Celsius app it is store by https://onfido.com/ a 3rd party provider that we use, I'm not sure how else you expect Celsius to contact you as we use your email address for all communication around our services, if you dont feel comfortable doing the required steps please email the compliance team back and explain your concerns to them to see if there is a suitable work...
