Cost effective tool to create a UI for a complicated commercial real estate CRM that requires frequent csv import from data sources? Also must be able to map properties in database based upon filtered criteria
The only other more affordable options in the space that I'm aware of are pory.io and miniextensions. They are not as feature rich but will help you extend the Airtable user interface for another user.

Need help building internal tool for legal company
I also use AT for a law firm to track our clients and its a little messy, but AT forms + Zapier do basically anything I could ever think of. I use pory.io as a knowledge base that pulls from AT. If you don't already use Zapier for automations I would definitely check it out. Its amazing and does so much for us.
