If there are brands you know fit you well, buy the clothes secondhand, e.g. From poshmark.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
Yeah, I get it. They are more pricey. One option is to look at https://revivo.com for 2nd hand options from Vivo. Or try 2nd hand market places like Minimalist Shoe Buy/Sell/Trade on facebook, or Poshmark. I've had luck on all those places in the past. Source: almost 2 years ago
Second-hand sites like poshmark.com, vinted.com, mercari.com, ebay.com, bratabase.com/listings, r/braswap, I even bought a NWT Panache Wired Sports bra for $20 off Facebook marketplace! LOL. Obvi, you can still find NWT from second-hand sites). Source: almost 2 years ago
The final sale stuff on Breakout Bras website is best prices I've found for the U.S. (outside of second-hand sites like poshmark.com, ebay.com vinted.com, mercari.com, the usual suspects. You can still find NWT stuff on these sites. I even found a Panache Wired Sports Bra NWT for $20 on Facebook marketplace! LOL.). Source: almost 2 years ago
Try on a lot of styles to find what looks best with your body. Take a look at secondhand stores (especially those in wealthy neighborhoods - I've found dresses initially worth almost a thousand dollars for under $50), or discount stores like nordstrom rack or tj maxx. Online options include Gilt.com, or poshmark.com. Source: about 2 years ago
Online thrift/consignment stores are definitely worth looking into. Similar to brick-and-mortar consignment stores, their selection usually has some sort of "pre-filtering" applied, which can make it easier to find good stuff, but generally you'll be paying a little more compared to on eBay. I've seen a lot of good stuff on TheRealReal and Poshmark, and other ones I've read good things about are Vestiaire... Source: about 2 years ago

Same reason I liked Etsy. Recession = people doing shit they normally wouldn't to make extra cash like selling old clothes online. Ebay was up as well. Semrush data show more visits to poshmark.com as well. Source: over 2 years ago

I like thredup.com they often have sales and you can buy winter items (brand new or used). You could also try poshmark.com or shopgoodwill.com/home. You can also try stores like Zara, H&M, or Target for basic winter gear. Source: almost 3 years ago
Torrid.com has clothes for plus size ladies that are more youthful than other sites. You can also try poshmark.com to buy just about anything you might want; clothes, shoes, bags, makeup, etc. There are plus sizes on there, and the prices are very affordable. Source: about 3 years ago
That being said, if you wanted something new for one of them, I highly recommend ThredUp or Poshmark. They have new and gently used gowns for as low as $20. It's a great resource if you're interested in getting something different for one of them! Source: about 3 years ago

If you really must have something from a specific brand, a) no you don't, b) you still don't, and c) if you've really gotta, Poshmark is okay as you're still buying from other people, not retail chains. Source: over 3 years ago
