Try Invidious. It's an open-source frontend for youtube, but it also works (sort of) as a proxy, since there are no actual requests being sent to youtube.com. There are lots of instances at https://docs.invidious.io/Invidious-Instances/, but the only one that works for me is https://yewtu.be, even though it's based in Russia.
