Https://rotato.app/ Is another option if you’re looking for something more 3D. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
I need to implement a marketing page for my saas app. I recently found rotato.app, and even though it seems excellent, I'm not quite sure how would I incorporate its features into a web site. It seems more appropriate for building pitch decks then actual websites. Any examples of how others have used it in their web apps, namely these videos that it's able to export. Rotato works well and provides some other cool features (not free unfortunately): https://rotato.app/. Source: about 2 years ago
Don’t forget your mock device framing animation either! I use rotato for those. Source: about 2 years ago
Your App Store screenshots need a lot of work. Use https://rotato.app to make iPhone mock-ups, don’t paste images over an iPhone without even masking it. Use a phone with a full charge! Source: about 2 years ago
Both apps are kept up to date, and while I'm friends with Morten (the dev of Flotato) I'll still say that Unite is the one getting more development since its dev is living on the app revenue. Morten is more reliant on his Rotato app so that will get more focus than Flotato. Source: about 2 years ago
If you want to show in device, there are a few post production tools (like rotato) that allow you to position a movie clip inside the frame of a phone or laptop. Source: about 2 years ago
You're right, I probably should have been more chill with the camera travel. I'm still new to Rotato. Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to do better next time. Source: over 2 years ago
Thanks! I used Rotato (https://rotato.app/) for the device bezels and Apple Motion for adding text. There was also some music that reddit unfortunately removed, but you can find it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snPXfD0dZP4. Source: over 2 years ago
Been using Rotato for some projects. While its a bit unintuitive, its got a better pricing model that this one. Just saying…. Source: over 2 years ago
This isn’t a mock-up. I used https://rotato.app and Pixelmator pro on desktop. Source: over 2 years ago
I used rotato. Would highly recommend it! Source: almost 3 years ago
Check out rotato. It does drag and top into freely configurable 3d scenes and supports animation. https://rotato.app/. Source: almost 3 years ago
If you’re okay with showing the application live or want to record the screen while adding motion I highly recommend Rotato, I use it for app related presentations and it always looks very slick but it depends on the use case. Source: about 3 years ago
Thanks! I used https://rotato.app/ for animating the 3D model and After Effects to put it all together. Source: over 3 years ago
Thanks! The device animations were made with Rotato and then I edited everything together in Final Cut Pro. Source: over 3 years ago
Thanks! We recorded the app using Quicktime... An app called rotato.app for the "flipping it around the screen" bit... And iMovie to overlay audio. Source: almost 4 years ago
