Sauce Labs used to be called API Fortress, and under that name, it generated a bit of a reputation as a cloud-based REST API monitoring solution. Setting up Sauce Labs for monitoring involves establishing secure connections to ensure data integrity and security. Sauce Labs continues this success by providing testing, monitoring, and reporting, but for those looking principally for API log tooling, Sauce Labs can... - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago

5. Sauce Labs (Free Plan) Sauce Labs provides a cloud-based testing platform that includes real device testing and supports Selenium, Appium, and other popular automation frameworks. While its free tier limits access to testing minutes and device options, it’s ideal for smaller testing needs and early-phase bug hunting. Paid plans enable larger teams to scale with access to additional device environments. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Platforms like Browserstack or SauceLabs offer virtual instances of real devices and browsers for manual and end-to-end testing. Caveat: subscriptions cost money and are on a per-seat basis. - Source: dev.to / 12 months ago
Appium is an open-source test automation framework. You can use it with native, hybrid, and mobile web apps. It drives iOS and Android apps using the WebDriver protocol. Appium is sponsored by Sauce Labs and a community of open source developers. - Source: dev.to / 12 months ago

Your best option are probably real device testing sites like e.g. https://saucelabs.com/. Source: almost 2 years ago
There are service like this one. https://saucelabs.com/ is one. There used to be browser plugins to simulate a different browser. But as we found out over time: simulates devices aren't true to the real thing, so often you'll just simply run into problems in the simulated device ce that don't occur on the real device, or vice versa. If so, check out Sauce Labs' Sauce Connect Proxy -- it's a built-in HTTP proxy server that opens a secure tunnel connection for testing between a Sauce Labs virtual machine or a real device and a website or a mobile app hosted on your local computer (localhost) or behind a corporate firewall. Source: over 2 years ago
But it also meant that the only option to run your tests was to use your localhost or to connect to a third party cross-browser cloud provider (BrowserStack, SauceLabs, etc). - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago
You could use an online emulator. Look up 'iOS emulator for Windows 10 in browser' and some results should pop up. Sites like appetize.io and saucelabs.com have some good emulators. Source: over 2 years ago
We're using the free tier of Sauce Labs API Testing and that's working well for us so far. We tried Postman but that simply isn't an automation platform, and we din't want to build a whole RA stack ourselves since the API program is fairly light so far. https://saucelabs.com/. Fortunately we don’t need to install, nor configure, any other tools, unless maybe some fancy reporters, but for now we can get everything we need in terms of end-to-end automated testing out of Nightwatch. Besides Chrome, Nightwatch has built-in support for all major browsers, including Firefox, Edge, and Safari, all thanks to its integration with the W3C Webdriver API and Selenium. It also allows you to use... - Source: dev.to / about 3 years ago
Alongside our a11y tooling we've seen amazing growth in the landscape of browser testing automation tooling, with the rise of Cypress, Playwright (a new personal fav 🥰), and several other players. These have evolved to provide a rich collection of reliable APIs and tooling for end-to-end or integration testing sites across a solid matrix of browsers - complemented by looking to the likes of SauceLabs,... - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
Supports remote browser testing services including SauceLabs and BrowserStack. - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
WebdriverIo is a great solution to run test on multiple Browsers. And I won’t show you here what great features you could use with remote running solution like BrowserStack or Saucelabs directly with WebdriverIo. - Source: dev.to / over 3 years ago
