We're using https://teampasswordmanager.com/ in our environment for past 4+ years and it has been pretty good and solid. We are using and hosting this inside of our prod environment And not relying on any cloud based providers like LastPass. We maintain the server our selves with purchased license with support. Unfortunately it's not an option for usage in a team. For that, we use Team Password Manager. It's... okay. Not great, especially if one is used to all the features of keepass. But it has a permission system and auditing, that's what matters to us. Source: about 4 years ago
