Since then I've used Secret Server. I started with the free version on a local server since my team is smaller and we fell well within the free version limitation. We moved to a cloud version from our corporate office that all sites share. It also has AD integration and logging, but it's web based and we won't have access if we lose connectivity. You need to look into and learn about "enterprise" password management systems. While it is possible to do something with a password manager like keypass, enterprise solutions have already worked out alot of the kinks.
