The telemetry must be published once per second per sensor to your own Ubidots dashboard which you can get for free at https://ubidots.com/ . The dashboard must show a time series graph of the telemetry, for Example temperature, for all the sensors. This allows us to track the Desired event. Source: almost 4 years ago
