You don't need a player to listen to your books, you can simply listen on the audible website. I do use an app called WebCatalog which lets you turn any website into a desktop app. I used it to wrap the audible website into a clean, quicker audible desktop app. Source: over 2 years ago

Use WebCatalog to do this. It will install an AppImage. If you do not have libfuse2, run sudo apt install libfuse2 Then right click the Program, go to Permissions and click "ALLOW LAUNCHING)" (i do not remember how it is called). Click on the AppImage and it will open. Search for 'Reddit' and click install. You can even pin Reddit on taskbar and search for it in 'Applications'. Source: over 2 years ago
