Check if your account has been compromised in a data breach
Change your passwords, and use a password manager to generate and use new unique passwords for every account. Especially for whatever e-mail service you use and your Apple ID. It'll be a pain but it will be worth it. Even writing down random nonsense passwords on a notepad and using that as a password manager is better than using passwords that a potentially abusive ex can guess or that can be discovered in a previous password leak.
