We do get a lot of spam accounts on autonix.io because of how easy it is to signup for a free account... But I am surprised how many real business customers are using @gmail.com addresses. Maybe if we eliminated the easy route they'd use their business emails but surely we'd lose a non-zero amount of customers just looking for a quick QR code who may one day grow into a paid account. Dynamic QR Codes can be changed at any time by providing new information WITHOUT having to change the QR Code. This is accomplished by an intermediary service, (like https://autonix.io). By routing QR Scans to a service, you can change the information or purpose at any time. QR Codes have been around since 1994, but it took a global pandemic in 2020 to make it something grandma knows how to use (at least in the US).
