I think the best practical approach for designing UIs is to download (and buy) Balsamic[0] and use that to design UIs. Cut through the nonsense of colours and pixels in the first instance and just lay things out logically and simply. [0] https://balsamiq.com. - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago
Create a low-fidelity mockup or wireframe of your MVP using tools like Balsamiq, Sketch, or Figma. Or use an easier-to-use tool like Uizard, which also has text-to-design capabilities. Source: 11 months ago
Just for drawing mock app screens, I have found Balsamiq[0] to be pretty good (you can do a bunch of stuff with the trial version itself). Not affiliated with them in any way. [0]: https://balsamiq.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
Balsamiq has been pretty good for me so far. It's super bare-bones so it's better for copy mockups than actual UX design. It's also a lot easier than Figma. Note that you don't have to use the default comic sans, but I do because it's funny. Source: over 1 year ago
The ERC20 standard’s balanceOf method is for querying any individual’s balance. Each person must be only linked to one Ethereum address. If that were not the case, then if someone got very indebted, they would simply open a new account, thus the whole system would be pointless. Fortunately, there are solutions such as Proof of Humanity or WorldCoin, which can ensure that each individual has a unique address. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Sam Altman has popularized the idea of UBI in efforts to "improve capitalism", leading to a obvious scam with his solution to scan everyone's eyes in exchange for a small paycheck. Assuming AI does grow in intellect the logical conclusion would be to get AI to distribute wealth and not a primitive currency mechanism. Source: 7 months ago

He would own roughly 10% of https://worldcoin.org/ which aims to be the non-corruptible source of digital identity in the age of AI. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
You can now download World App, the first protocol-compatible wallet, and reserve your share. After visiting an Orb, a biometric verification device, you will receive a World ID. This lets you prove you are a real and unique person online while remaining completely private. As the global distribution of Orbs is ramping up, you can find the closest one and book time to be verified with World App and at worldcoin.org. Source: 12 months ago
