I use RSS-to-Email then read them in my mail clients. Most things get routed to a few folders without notifications that I open when I want news. Not sure of such a tool but I’m a nano influencer through instagram and use https://aspire.io/ (aspireIQ.com)and so far I’ve really enjoyed using it as an influencer tool! You could always sign up for there and whoever shows interest in joining your influencer program and sign up.
