  • Bulging L5/S1 - starting road to flexibility, advice needed
Those are so not great for you, they signal to your brain that you are in stressful/fight or flight situations, and your brain responds accordingly. I find quick sessions of boxed (square) breathing is good to train you to take deeper breaths. Particularly apps like Breathly are dope. I also love it has the deep calm breath as well. • Is Therapy Just Not For Everyone?
Sounds kinda silly, but nowadays I just let an AI create a meditation for me about my specific issues, it is kinda like narrative therapy but instead of a real person, it is just an AI that does it, can stay anonymous that way too. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I made a LoA tool to help with manifesting
Hey r/lawofattraction I wanted to share a project I've been working on that has personally helped me a lot in manifesting my dream apartment. I created a website that allows me to make my own manifestation meditations based on whatever I want to manifest. I still use it daily and it is helping me tremendously with getting what I want. Anyway, I wanted to share this with you all so it can help you with your... Source: about 1 year ago
  • I created a tool to help you with selflove
Hey r/selflove! I've made a website, https://guided.rest, to create personalized meditations based on your specific needs. It's helped me embrace self-love and acceptance, and I wanted to share this because I believe it could help some others here as well. It's simple, free, and easy to use. All you have to do is write what is going on in your life, what you need help in, and then you can listen to a guided... Source: about 1 year ago
  • What do you think of listening to a guided meditation created by AI?
So together with my friends, we created a website where you can generate your own meditation. It takes about 15 seconds to generate and is still an early working version. These meditations are not at the quality you'll find when listening to a real person, but the benefit lies in that it can be incredibly specific to your needs. You can check out the website here: https://guided.rest. Source: about 1 year ago
