After a CRAPTON of searching before opening my store, I will heartily recommend the one I went with-- retail edge- you can do it as a one time purchase, but I do pay for support.. and it does (I do not use it) integrate with shopify for pricing/inventory/tracking of sales.... There are service like this one. https://saucelabs.com/ is one. There used to be browser plugins to simulate a different browser. But as we found out over time: simulates devices aren't true to the real thing, so often you'll just simply run into problems in the simulated device ce that don't occur on the real device, or vice versa.
