Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... I don't wanna discourage people from trying to make side income with AI novels done with ChatGPT/Claude, or coloring books done with Midjourney, but that's literally the lowest hanging fruit. Instead - maybe focus on some no-code AI apps you could build. I found plenty of success stories and ideas on sites like trends.co or theaiplug.co. Source: about 1 year ago
