Thanks for the feedback - the "new message" is just a live chat notification that someone is available to talk if you have questions. It's from a company called Drift, and it's in use by thousands of companies around the world. Not a scam, nor is it tracking you. You'll see the same one on www.snowflake.com or gong.io for example. This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price.
