You also need to know who can reasonably pay professional freelance rates. A mentor advised me to refer to the website Growjo. Look the company up. If they're on there, check the company's annual revenue (not per employee revenue, but overall company revenue). You're looking for businesses that bring in $3 million or more per year. It might be worth looking for places to rent around there if you're going for private rentals, you can look up something on propertyguru.
