  Combat is as gritty as the GM makes it. Healing is TOUGH out of the box, so by default it is already pretty gritty. In fact, part of the crew premise is players can have a few 'cast of characters' that sub in when a PC is in a rough spot.   If tracker.gg is anything to go off by, EMEA has 2.6 million val users, while NA has only around a million. It's not like EMEA can't produce talent, it's more like as others have said, the EU challenger structure is a bit whack atm. Also, CS is still the more popular FPS there, so there's that.   I would recommend go to tracker.gg and don't just stare at the stats thinking u are bad and bottom %. Instead see the SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats) I am not just spouting bullshit out of mind. It really helps. Look for where you are weak and work on it, see where u are strong and hook to it to make it stand out in your games. Source: 12 months ago
