JobArch's answer
The semantic search engine highlights professional skills found within the text of the CV and matching the job offered, even if CV and offer are written in two different languages. The system returns the candidate's overall percentage of compatibility with the job advertisement, which allows a ranking of candidates from most to least compatible.
JobArch's answer
JobArch offers a CV database. It is a useful tool for expanding one's talent pool and discovering profiles who have not directly applied for jobs. Searching the CV database is always possible to find profiles suitable for the job offered: the system provides various filters to carry out searche, searches made can be saved and it is possible to access the search history. The company may request to unblock the CV of a candidate it deems interesting.
JobArch's answer
Thanks to our AI CV Matching technology, the software sorts by competence both the candidates already in the database, i.e. passive candidates, and those who have applied directly to the job, i.e. active candidates.

I'd say I am not anti social, and I do get along well with people. No problem working in a team or by myself.
