It says I still have time to migrate my account but am cursed with account issues. It is under an old mail.com account that I don't have access to and it says that it doesn't exist whenever I try to reset my password. If I try to make a new email address under the same name, it says it is occupied. Recovering your email then is very unlikely at this point and you might want to change your usernames and passwords for everything that you can think of - Other email accounts, bank accounts, PayPal, social media etc etc as the hacker may be able to get into your email accounts if there is any information that they can use within the mail.com account. I agree with others in this thread that app-based is probably the way to go - especially if you're just building for one person. Just be sure she enables push notifications with the same settings as SMS. Others have mentioned Frontline (FYI: this product is end-of-sale), Crisp, and SpokePhone.
