• Check Out NeoFinder for Cataloguing

  I've found that neither PreRoll Post or YoYotta are very intuitive or useful for cataloguing LTO. I discovered NeoFinder (cdfinder.de) a few years ago and it's incredible and so useful. It creates a catalog file that you easily search or browse similarly to how you would in Finder. It can also create thumbnails and previews for photos/video/audio/etc. It's been bulletproof and I've even used it to catalog... Source: about 2 years ago

• What alternatives are there to Adobe Bridge?

  I don't know if it's the way I had Bridge set up, but it was desperately slow showing catalogues of images - if it cached the db I didn't notice any speed boost in reading from it that's for sure. • I commend Google for doing the right thing

  Well this was only done because we were promised access to games on the cloud. If they started a new line of products/hardware like the pixel watch and it fails, don't expect to get your $ back. This is a super rare case. It would be like vudu.com shutting down after you paid for 100 movies. I'd expect them to let me download my movies or transfer them to another live service.
