Bitwarden (free, although I got premium) and Nordpass (free for one device) both have secure notes features (sensitive info that you prefer to store in a longer note form). Even Lastpass would work fine, even though I've moved on from it as I did not like the direction they are heading. All the password managers mentioned also have browser extensions. They save your passwords in an encrypted file on your computer or phone’s local drive.
