Kirmada's answer:
Kirmada's Workspaces not only keep all your work for a client in one place, it also records all the time you spend working with them. In fact, it's so good at time tracking our users report an average of 15% more billable time recorded every single month!
And because you can link each Workspace to its own social channels, you may be able to do away with your expensive social media management tools too.
Kirmada makes you more efficient, more capable and more profitable - and it's incredibly easy to use.
Kirmada's answer:
Before the pandemic, one of Kirmada's founders was a frustrated web designer. Frustrated because more and more work was being done in web browsers - apps that used to be installed on the desktop were no nearly all web based - and that meant accounts, tabs and client work everywhere.
What he wanted was a way to "Swipe" between clients. To literally be able to swipe a client off the screen to be replaced by another. And that "Workspace" would have all their tabs and accounts logged in and ready to use in an instant. So whenever focus needed to swap between clients, it took no more than two clicks. That was the initial design brief for Kirmada.
Since then, it's capabilities have grown:
Unlimited Workspaces to contain every client or project you have
Automatic time-tracking. Never, ever, lose a minutes' worth of billable time again
Each Workspace has its unique social media logins; Be connected to every account you need simultaneously
Create social posts from within a Workspace and schedule posts days, weeks and months in the future
Upload images and client assets directly into cloud storage attached to each Workspace
Edit images in the post editor, with cropping dimensions for each social platform pre-set
Preview posts as they'll appear on each platform
Create tasks and notes for yourself and others in the calendar
And share all of this - even tabs - instantly with other team members
*All team members contribute to the same timesheet, so you know exactly who did what and how much to charge your client
And that's just the start - new features are being added constantly!
Kirmada's initial goals have been met and users love it. The boost to productivity and billing values is instantaneous and permanent - once you've tried it, you won't be without it.

Perhaps you know someone who swears by Obsidian, it may seem like a cult of overly devoted people for how passionate they are, but it's not without reason
I've been using Obsidian for over 3 years, at a point in my life when I felt I had to handle too much information and I felt like grasping water not being able to remember everything I wanted, language learning, programming, accounting, university, daily tasks. A friend recommended it to me next to Notion (of which he is a passionate cultist priest) and I reluctantly picked it and fell in love almost immediately.
Obsidian seems very simple, like a notepad with folder interface, similar to Sublime Text, but the ability to link files together in a Wiki style allows you to organize ideas in any way you want, one file may lead to a dozen or more ideas that are related
If you want to do something specific, Obsidian has a plethora of community created plugins that expand the functionality, in my case, I use obsidian to organize my classes both as a teacher and as a student, using local databases, calendars, dictionaries, slides, vector graphic drawings, excel-like tables, Anki connection, podcasts, and more
I've been using Obsidian for more than a year. It's been great. I think it offer a great balance of control, flexibility and extensibility. What is more, you own your own data, that's been a must-have feature for me. I just can't imagine putting all my knowledge into something that I don't have control over.
I think two of the most popular alternatives that people consider are Logseq and Roam Research. Although Logseq is a bit different, it's considered compatible with Obsidian. Supposedly, you can use them with a shared database (files. Both use simple text files for storage). I tried that once, a few months ago. It worked, yet it messed up a bit my Obsidian files ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
Based on our record, Obsidian.md seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 1459 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
What do I use to document everything? Obsidian notes. - Source: dev.to / 6 days ago
I have written an Obsidian plugin that can publish notes from Obsidian as articles on DEV.to, which also deals with some Obsidian specific stuff, e.g. Converting Obsidian medialinks to markdown links, separating title from content, and convert MathJax syntax to proper {% katex %} expressions; and it can handle subsequent updates, by storing the article id as metadata after the article is created. - Source: dev.to / 6 days ago

I've encountered a lot of engineers who keep a journal and pen around, but you could also use a note-taking app like Notes, Obsidian, or Notion. - Source: dev.to / 25 days ago
Are you an Obsidian user looking to elevate your note-taking experience with dynamic data integration? Look no further than APIR (api-request) – an Obsidian plugin designed to streamline HTTP requests directly into your notes. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago
