Pantheon.io — Drupal and WordPress hosting, automated DevOps, and scalable infrastructure. Free for developers and agencies. No custom domain. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Creating an account at pantheon.io (its free) and setting up a base install of a drupal 10 site there, learning how you can use their git repo to work with your code base, and hosting the site there. (sandbox environments are free). Source: about 1 year ago
I run a majority of my client work on pantheon.io - you can read a case study of a high traffic site I launched there, 9 years ago, that handled a homepage link from nytimes.com with zero problems https://pantheon.io/blog/tavern-green-gets-details-right-pro-website-alphex-pantheon. Regardless of which way you go,yYou can give it all a try for free by creating an account on Pantheon, which will let you spin up a free Drupal sandbox site, as well as a free WordPress sandbox site. Source: over 1 year ago
I had to do this for a job a few years ago. I created a sandbox version of the site on pantheon.io and removed all editing permissions. On additional discovery that they only needed the static content, I created a static site using SiteSucker (mac app store). They were able to put this folder on their local machine to access anytime. Depending on the potential value of the workflow, https://gmelius.com/ and https://hiverhq.com/ are both pretty awesome. Source: about 1 year ago
If you're u sing shared inboxes, you may want to consider https://hiverhq.com/ or https://www.dragapp.com/ for doing shared inbox functionality with workspace. Source: over 1 year ago
You might want to check out Hiver. It's built on top of Gmail, it's really easy to set up and even easier to grasp. It has all the features that your team would need to run its support operations successfully. And its pretty cost-effective against Zendesk. Source: over 1 year ago
Hey I was wondering if you considered trying Hiver since you mentioned that all CX operations were conducted out of Gmail. Hiver's a support solution that works on top of Gmail UI and is therefore really easy to use. Full disclosure: I work with the content team at Hiver. Source: over 1 year ago
I'm thinking that all these other apps might be facilitated in Mattermost. Probably not the email client and inbox email sharing but perhaps there's an integration to another tool like front.com or hiverhq.com (gmail based) that would help take care of managing email too. Source: almost 2 years ago
