I had someone take a picture of me on a white wall and uploaded in on this: https://photoaid.com/ to crop & make it meet visa guidelines. I think the website did the cropping for me. I use RSS-to-Email then read them in my mail clients. Most things get routed to a few folders without notifications that I open when I want news.
