  Is it possible or is there an app that allows annotating the screen live, I mean, without the current option which takes a screenshot and then one annotates the screenshot? Like the presentify app in mac os x (https://presentify.compzets.com/) , where you can just write over the stuff in your screen but the screen is not frozen, you can just keep annotating and then discard annotations. • I want to get into 3D Modeling. I need alternatives for this.

  Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. Zbrush can easily handle sculpting and prepping models to be sent to the printer's slicing software. Source: almost 2 years ago
