There are browser extensions like Reddit Check or What Hacker News Says which will show Reddit and/or HN comments on any website you visit. So it's very similar in functionality. With discord, you should checkout the mod-versions. I use vesktop/vencord - https://vencord.dev/ - which supports plugins/themes natively. I was mostly using this cause discord video/audio support in linux is crap and this works better. Source: 7 months ago
