  There are service like this one. https://saucelabs.com/ is one. There used to be browser plugins to simulate a different browser. But as we found out over time: simulates devices aren't true to the real thing, so often you'll just simply run into problems in the simulated device ce that don't occur on the real device, or vice versa.   Huh, we see an arguments against of this point every year. The projects like https://yuzu-emu.org/ (deleted from github and now lives as https://suyu.dev/) or youtube-dl (been suspended on github for some time), a lot of developers from Russia and another countries under sanctions also been blocked.
